Privacy

This page explains what we collect on classroom.hdontap.com while HDOnTap Classroom is in its pilot sign-up phase. This site is for adults. It collects no student data.

What we collect

When you join the pilot list or send a partner inquiry, we collect what you type into the form:

• your name and email address
• your role, school or organization, and state
• the grades you teach and any notes you add
• how you found us (the campaign tags in the link you followed, and the page you came from)

We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we don't keep your IP address.

Why

We use this information only to run the pilot: to confirm your sign-up, to email you about the pilot, and to choose pilot classrooms.

Where it's stored

Your details are stored in HDOnTap's self-hosted email system, in the United States.

How long we keep it

We delete your details when you ask us to, or 12 months after the pilot ends if you don't join.

Sharing

We don't sell or share your information.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
